Is there some way to have Virtual Desktop and another game from the Quest library open at the same time? No. If not is there any way to stream my Quest library games to Discord? Yeah, you can cast to a web browser on your PC and then use Discord to share your screen. 3. Last time I was trying to stream VR-Gameplay from my Quest 2 on Discord. While it worked for a solid minute or two, I suddenly got the Oculus Link disconnect warning. Checking my PC, I noticed how it was just starting back up. This has happened another time without streaming too, although seems to happen randomly in VR in my case (Still very weird) Checkout our guide on the SideQuest knowledgebase for help with getting Virtual Desktop up and running. Click More Info on the side to get started You can also get help and support on the Virtual Desktop discord server here https:discord.ggGbK56A6. 2. Streaming to discord? I've been wanting to stream my Oculus quest 2 to my friends on discord, is that at all possible? and if so, how? I can't really use a pc but is there any way I can do it straight from the Oculus? My graphics card is not supported with the quest 2 so I use virtual desktop to get around that. I want to be able to talk to my friends on discord (and maybe stream the game to them) while I play blade and sorcery. I have tried using my wireless headset but it is very uncomfortable with the oculus. Check your audio settings in Discord while you’re in VR and make sure the input and output are set to Oculus. Right click the volume thing (in your taskbar), open sound settings, app volume and device preferences at the bottom. If Discord says it's not running through your oculus headset, there you go. If Discord says it IS running through The apps don’t get killed, but it’s a normal android feature to sometimes stop audio playback in the background and that’s what happens when some VR apps close. You can still remote control Spotify in the background with the phone app. This is also not related to the method you posted. Mr12i. • 2 yr. ago. Cable input is really never needed or used. In alvr audio settings, you should be selecting the same audio device as your regular speakers. So in alvr, if you have "Realtek Audio" set, make sure windows is also outputting to "Realtek Audio". You can mute the speakers on the pc so you don't hear double, it won't mute alvr. Select VB-Cable Output gjAqa.
