I think youre a little below 20%. not sure what these other folks are saying about "way over 20". I’d say 22% to put a number on it. Not way over but not under either. Cut, 18-20%. I'd cut mate, just over the 20% mark, but clearly you've packed on loads of muscle. A good 12 week cut and you'll look insane.
